Bitrix24 On-Premise Skill

A professional installable Agent Skill for Codex and compatible agents that
administer, audit, troubleshoot, develop, integrate, migrate, update, and
safely release self-hosted (boxed/on-premise) Bitrix24 and Bitrix Framework
projects.

This independent skill is built exclusively from publicly available official
1C-Bitrix and Bitrix24 documentation and official open GitHub repositories:

• boxed Bitrix24 documentation and courses;
• Bitrix Framework legacy API;
• D7 API;
• current Bitrix24 REST API;
• official REST documentation source;
• official Bitrix24 developer hub.

The repository contains original workflows, safety gates, concise summaries,
source links, tests, and a read-only inspector. It does not copy or bundle
Bitrix24 product source, paid modules, private support content, credentials,
license data, customer data, or mirrored documentation.

counts local/ customization areas, identifies cron/debug markers without
